Free Shipping: Available for all orders within the contiguous US. No PO Boxes accepted.
Rural Shipping Charges: May apply based on location, calculated at checkout.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 12-24 hours, Monday-Friday.
Shipping Timeline: Standard ground shipping takes 3-5 business days. LTL shipments may take 7-20 business days.
Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Available for continental US if ordered before 12 PM PT.
Local Pickup: Available in Kent, WA (M-F, 7 AM - 5 PM for general products, 8 AM - 4:30 PM for larger items).
30-Day Guarantee: Customers can return items within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer’s Remorse: Items must be unused and in original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies if packaging is damaged.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Package items securely using original packaging.
- Label your package with the RMA and ship via a trackable carrier.
Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 2-5 business days upon receipt of returned items.
